ENGLISH DESCRIPTION:
In the village square, at night, everything seems to be quiet. But someone is watching in the dark, from the windows of the hotel Roma. It is 1938 and people are waiting in frenzy the visit of Benito Mussolini, when news upsets the self-righteous: a dog has found the remains of a fetus. Among those who would like to put everything to rest, and those who unleashes a real 'monster' hunt, the incident brings up pettiness and hypocrisy of important people and authorities, concerned above all to avoid scandals. But fate has in store for them a mocking surprise.
